We have a set procedure put in place. We will always ask first whether the customer approve the request of a change, we will then do an impact analysis (timelines until completion and any other costs required) and present that to the customer. Once the customer approves of these estimate we will set to work on implementing the changes.

Yes, since current internet usage is mostly taken up by mobile devices we make sure our services that we develop and produce will be mobile device friendly. This comes at no extra cost and is a standard implementation.
